Lesbians and Bisexual Females
Inscape offers a number of services to women in the Portsmouth and South East Hampshire area who are lesbians, bisexual or unsure of their sexuality:
Condoms, dams and lubricant
We supply free girls own condoms, flavoured condoms, dams and lubricant to local lesbians and bisexual women. These are available directly from our Portsmouth base, as well as at the local gay scene, or through our Supplies by Post scheme.
Support
Confidential face-to-face support work is offered to people who are unsure or worried about their sexuality, or concerned about HIV/AIDS or what safer sex for lesbian or bisexual women involves (and would like to talk with a female).
The Rainbow Cafe – a monthly group specifically for women occurs on the last Saturday of each month. A weekly drop in service is available every Wednesday evening.

Booklets and guides
Inscape has a number of leaflets and guides, some of which are available at the group and drop ins, or by post. Additionally, we have leaflets which have been produced by other groups and agencies available covering a number of topics relating to your sexual health.
Local events
Inscape has supported a number of special events for local lesbians and bisexual women, and will continue to do so. As well as drop-ins, we provide stalls for local events.
